{Mr & Mrs Rigg} 7 October 2017 {Seascale Church & The Red Admiral}

It’s been lovely looking back on Amy & Martin’s Wedding to create this blog post. It was a typical autumnal day in October, the wind was blowing but the colours of the trees looked amazing. I joined Amy at her family home while everyone was getting ready. There was a relaxed atmosphere and everything was organised perfectly.

Amy’s dress hung beautifully and I started to capture all the little details.

Everyone was busy getting ready and had certain jobs to do. We even had to call Amy’s Dad in to come and get ready!

It was great to be able to capture Amy walking into the room when she was all ready and seeing everyone’s reactions.

On to the church where Martin and the guests waited patiently.

Photographing the arrival of the bride in church is one of my favourite parts of a wedding day. It’s also the moment that people are most nervous so it’s lovely to be able to look back at these precious moments.

Officially Mr & Mrs Rigg

Outside of church we threw confetti and captured some group photographs before making our way down the track to the tied gates.

Inside the marquee reception looked incredible.

The decorations, cake and centre pieces all had an autumnal style. I also remember the room smelling amazing with  seasonal candles.

Time for the speeches, another favourite part of the day for me to capture.

After the meal we went out to capture some family and friends photographs. We were so lucky with the weather.

Thank you again to Amy & Martin for choosing me to capture your special day. I hope you have enjoyed looking back and the blog post brings back lots of happy memories.
