{Mr & Mrs Ross} 22 July 2017 {Blaithwaite House, Wigton}

Even though it’s over a year ago since Aimee & Dan’s wedding it feels like yesterday and is a wedding that sticks in my mind. What a celebration!

I hadn’t been to Blaithwaite House before so it was a treat to be shooting in a new location.

Aimee got ready with all her girls as the heavy rain fell on the ground outside.

It was lovely to capture Aimee’s bridesmaids reactions as she walked down the stairs all ready.

Unfortunately the weather put a stop to the outdoor ceremony but the beautifully decorated barn made an impressive back up.

The photographs during the ceremony were some of my favourite from the day and when Aimee & Dan walked back down the aisle as Mr & Mrs Ross they walked out into sunshine!

Making the most of the beautiful grounds, guests enjoyed drinks and live music while we started on the family photographs.

Isn’t this the most perfect place for group shots?! An English country garden 🙂

With a vintage feel, the decorations inside the barn looked amazing.

First the speeches then onto the entertainment – I’ve honestly never shot a wedding with so much buzz and laughter it was brilliant.

Napkins were flying, chairs in the air and dancing on tables!

With the rain a distant memory we went out into the fields for some extra photographs.

Time to welcome the evening guests and start the dancing!

I just knew when I left Aimee & Dan on the dance floor they were in for a wild & fun night!

Thanks again for choosing me to capture your day – it really was a pleasure and its been lovely looking back through such an amazing day to create this blog post.
