{Mr & Mrs Robinson} 18 February 2017 {Ulpha Church & The Villa, Levens}

Tracey & Andrew’s Wedding was my first of 2017 and what a brilliant way to start a new year! They got married at Ulpha Church in the beautiful Duddon Valley then went on to The Villa at Levens for their reception and evening do.

I joined Tracey and her bridesmaids at her family home in Ulpha on the morning of the wedding.

Everything was organised and Tracey’s sister had done a brilliant job providing full English breakfast for everyone. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

The rain was coming down as the girls got ready but the view was still stunning.

Tracey had put so much thought into all the little details, her bouquet by Bluebell & Ivy was beautiful and even included broaches and keepsakes.

As the girls put the finishing touches to everything it was soon time for Tracey to get into her dress.

I LOVE the reaction when she walked into the room all ready 🙂

Ulpha Church is beautiful. It’s cosy, intimate and set in a stunning location.

With candles lighting the aisle, decorations in the windows and flowers at the alter it couldn’t have looked more perfect.

I also loved the fact that Tracey & Andrew’s dogs joined in the service and were part of the congregation.

Andrew and his ushers greeted guests before taking their seats inside to wait for the bridal party.

Protected from the rain Tracey and her Dad walked hand in hand into the church.

Look at that huge smile 🙂

Officially Mr & Mrs Robinson!

What a welcome they had when they came out of church 🙂 A lovely surprise from the guys.

I think the rain and umbrellas create a nice atmosphere, everyone huddled together to keep dry.

After a few photographs at the church we made our way to the reception with a stop off along the way for some photos of the new Mr & Mrs Robinson.

Even on a drizzly day the setting was perfect!

One of my favourites from the day 🙂

At the Villa, guests were greeted with Mulled Wine & Hot Chocolate to warm them up.

Everyone sat by the open fires and chatted within groups.

With the rain just about cleared it was time for some family photographs outside.

Scarlett was a brilliant flower girl, I love this photo of her making sure Tracey’s dress is sat perfect for her photos.

Tracey had a vision for a photograph on these stairs and I think we pulled it off. Her dress looked beautiful.

Tracey and Andrew had organised Laser Clay Shooting for everyone to enjoy. It was such a great entertainment and made some fantastic photos.

Inside the venue Tracey & Andrew had decorated with a shooting/ woodland theme. Nearly all the decorations were handmade and the room looked brilliant.

A family member had made the wedding cake and it was amazing.

I think it’s the biggest wedding cake I have seen! I even got to sample a piece and it was lovely 🙂

It was soon time for guests to be seated ready for the meal and speeches.

This was a great opportunity for me to take some natural photographs of guests as we listened to stories and memories of Tracey & Andrew.

Ulpha 590 were ready to start the evening entertainment.

Time for the first dance before friends and family joined them on the dance floor.

It looked like it was set to be a great night!

Thank you so much to Tracey & Andrew for allowing me to share and capture their special day. Also thanks to Kate Jackson for assisting me and it was lovely to meet Becky who took some photographs of the groom in the morning. Great team effort 🙂
