{Nina & Scott Hammond} Nan Tait Centre & Malt Kiln Bardsea {9 August 2014}

I first met with Nina & Scott the day before their wedding. As they set up the village hall with help from family and friends I arrived to discuss the arrangements for their day. I think I knew within about 2 minutes of arriving it was going to be a great one!

The next morning I arrived at Nina’s parents house to capture her and the girls getting ready. Nina had such a big smile on her face it was a pleasure to capture.

Nina has a simple and elegant vintage style dress, which suited her perfectly!

The flower girls and bridesmaids were brilliant and brought a lovely atmosphere to the morning. They especially loved the transport to the registry office!

As the girls were arriving in style Scott and Stanley waited patiently for the arrival of Nina.

What a brilliant reaction! I’m sure they will all remember this moment for years to come.

The ceremony was beautiful and everyone in the room had smiles on their faces as they watched Nina & Scott say their vows.

To the sound of bagpipes Mr & Mrs Hammond walked out as Husband & Wife!

Nina & Scott had the best wedding transport!

To take everyone from the registry office to the reception we all enjoyed a trip on a double decker bus. It was the perfect sunny day for it!

As we arrived at the Malt Kiln the bagpipes were playing and the bouncy castle was in full swing! There was a real sense of fun which was shared between all the guests.

As we made our way into the village hall for food and speeches the room had been beautifully decorated with bunting, lights and jam jars.

It was lovely to capture all the emotions, happiness and laughter that the speeches brought!

Between the end of the speeches and the evening do we managed to go down onto the beach to take some family photographs. These are some of my favourites from Nina & Scott’s day. Little Stanley was as good as gold all day and I was really happy that I had managed to capture his cheeky little smile.

As we returned, evening guests started to arrive, the cake was cut and it wasn’t long before everyone began dancing the night away!

It was a pleasure to capture Nina & Scott’s day, I really enjoyed it and it was full of special details which I’m sure they will remember for a long time.

Best Wishes for the future as Mr & Mrs Hammond
