{Derick & Tracey Ormston} Whicham Church & Silecroft Beach – 8 September 2012

When I first met up with Tracey & Derick and they told me about their wedding plans I instantly knew it was going to be amazing…hard work but amazing! I was right! With just 1 week to go I went to talk to Tracey about all the final details and timings for the day. The wedding Reception was going to be held at their house and at that time of visiting it was far from ready.

With this in mind when I drove up their lane on the morning of the wedding I wasn’t sure what to expect. However the place had been transformed and looked amazing!

After photographing everyone getting ready at the house in the morning it was off to the church to capture guests arriving. Derick and his Grooms men were all ready and waiting patiently for the Bride.

Doesn’t she look beautiful! Arriving in style on a horse draw carriage Tracey arrived at Whicham Church.

Look at the love in their eyes when they met at the alter!

After a lovely ceremony and saying their vows, Dee and her cousin sung while the official registrar was signed.

After walking back down the isle as Mr & Mrs Ormston it was off to the beach for photographs.

After getting everyone down onto the beach we began getting some fun and informal photos!

I love these two photographs of Tracey & Derick on the beach. It really sums up what a lovely, happy and fun wedding day they shared!

It looks like all the guests had a great time too. I think this was one of the smiliest weddings I  had photographed.

After the speeches were complete – with yet more laughter and smiles. It was time for the evening entertainment. The arrival of an ice cream van was a hit with the children and  made some funny photos to!

Tracey & Derick’s Wedding day was brilliant. Everyone made me feel welcome and it was a true pleasure to photograph their special day.

Best wishes for the future to the new Mr & Mrs Ormston!
